Quality is a system, not a final step

I'm an SQA Team Lead with ~7 years of experience making software hold up under real use — across web, mobile, games, ERP and enterprise applications. My work has covered FinTech, EdTech, NGO, ERP, Logistics, Ride-Sharing and Enterprise products for both local and international clients.

Day to day I lead and mentor QA engineers, own test strategy and process design, and keep quality signals readable for the people who make release decisions. I lean hard on AI-assisted workflows — ChatGPT, Claude Code, Copilot and MCP-enabled environments — to cut manual effort out of test planning, documentation and defect analysis.

As Product Coordinator of QA Brains, a global QA community, I've helped grow the platform to 190K+ monthly visitors and 94K+ active users through product initiatives, webinars and educational programs.
